PQ Mental Fitness Program - October 2021 pod launch

  •   6 weeks using the PQ Mental Fitness app on your phone or tablet. 
  •   15 minutes per day to follow the exercises of the day.
  •   1 hour per week to listen to a lecture.
  •   30 minutes per week for your pod meeting on zoom.
  •   6 participants, plus Trixi will lead the pod conversations.
  •   Start date: October 18th
